Jaqui is a leader who believes in the potential of Te Ao Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi to guide future prosperity for Aotearoa NZ. She has used her professional skills and qualifications across education, broadcasting, and iwi development. She has also been involved in governance work including Chair roles and current appointments in the mental wellness sector.
Jaqui was raised in the King Country and her principal whakapapa connections extend throughout Ngāti Maniapoto and Ngāpuhi.
