We demonstrate this commitment a number of ways, including: actively investing in targeted cultural training, sharing our knowledge and skills to support Māori in achieving their aspirations, reviewing the way our mahi delivers equitable outcomes and ensuring our policies reflect Te Tiriti.

We have kaimahi and services in both the North and South Islands, with main hubs in Auckland and Christchurch. You can also find us in Northland, Waikato, Rotorua, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, Napier, Gisborne, Hastings, Palmerston North, Masterton, Wellington, Nelson, Timaru, Dunedin, Greymouth and Invercargill.
