Tania Anderson

Tania is an interdisciplinary system and participatory designer and recovering project and change manager, creating solutions and embedding change for social impact and outcomes. She has worked for 15+ years in and across the public, not for profit and private sector in behaviour change in system, organisation, digital, service, and programme design. She has capabilities in cross-government and community collaborative system design, and experience in trauma sensitive and adversity informed participatory practices for change in the disability support system, homelessness, mental health distress and addictions, family and sexual violence.

She believes in making systemic changes in our world that take people’s lived experiences seriously, by privileging the voices of those that have been marginalised and excluded from our systems. Her work focuses on understanding and embracing the complexity of who we are as humans in our social systems. She has learned how to harness her own lived experience of mental health distress and addictions in ways to enable and support change and is proud to be able to use her continual journey of wellness to support Mind & Body Consultants as an independent director.
