If you are unsuccessful, unless you have given consent for longer retention:

  • Your personal information will be securely destroyed after three months or sooner if requested
  • You can choose to stay in our database for future job alerts. In that case, we’ll keep your profile details (e.g., email, address, CV). You can opt out or request removal anytime via your account settings or by contacting us.

Your information may be accessed by:

  • Authorised kaimahi within Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa and
  • As necessary and appropriate under our policies, procedures and legal obligations

Please note:
