Warmline is a free, confidential mental health peer support helpline and is operational Tuesday-Sundays from 7pm – 1am. All our staff have their own lived experience of mental distress and accessing support and understand the feelings that comes with mental distress.
Warmline is not a crisis line. Instead, we offer you an opportunity to talk to someone at a time that you might feel overwhelmed, depressed, anxious or simply having a bad day. We can offer a listening ear, some peer support and point you and your whānau to resources in the community that might be useful, including referring you to a service that can help during a crisis.
