We offer various residential support for individuals who benefit from having staff present or nearby to enhance their wellbeing. Our services are provided in home-like environments and are available to those referred by specialist services within Te Whatu Ora, Oranga Tamariki, or Whaikaha.
Our goal is to help residents transition to independent living or to reside with whānau or friends in the community. We work closely with individuals to access community services and ensure all our residences are conveniently located near shops, public transport, and local facilities.
For example, under our Forensic Intensive Rehabilitation Service, we provide 24-hour, high-level care for clients with serious mental health challenges and forensic histories. This service offers a more welcoming living environment than forensic facilities, catering to individuals who are not yet ready to rejoin the community.
Supported accommodation
Our Supported Accommodation service provides temporary and semi-permanent housing options within communities. Our Supported Living Services assist individuals with day-to-day living activities, including accessing social and recreational groups, participating in community activities, education and employment, parenting, budgeting, and collaborating with other agencies.
Eligibility and referrals for these services are determined by specialist services within Te Whatu Ora, Oranga Tamariki, or Whaikaha.
