EaseUp is a mobile community-based service that supports young people aged 12-24, and who are experiencing challenges with their mental wellbeing and/or alcohol and other drug use. Peer Support Workers and Clinicians work alongside young people, providing holistic support via short term brief interventions. Our aim is to enable and support each young person and their family/whānau to manage their own wellbeing.
Decisions are made with you, not for you. EaseUp accepts self-referrals.
