Nathan’s role is about strengthening the learning and teaching process within our organisation. “What I love about my mahi is that I’m able to influence 1,500 kaimahi on their understanding and competence in Te Ao Māori, as well as what the needs are of our tāngata whaiora, whaikaha, and their whānau.” Nathan says.
