Jack’s role in the People Experience team might be behind the scenes, but he’s quick to highlight that the shared services team is essential in supporting our frontline workers who walk alongside tāngata whaiora. “We’re able to support the people that support the people,” Jack says, illustrating the deep connection between all roles within the organisation, from community workers to administrative teams. “We’re all in the same waka, driven by the same values, and that’s the most special thing,” Jack shares.
